Move Map - WASD or Arrow Keys.
Buy Unit/Tower - Left Mouse Click on Icons and place on owned map segment.
Control unit (in battle) - Left Mouse Click on Unit Icon.
Battles can be left to be fought automatically but you can take direct control of units if you wish to do so.
