Left Mouse Click on your microbe, then drag to the enemy you want to attack.
To cut a tentacle click on empty screen and drag across the tentacle.
Cutting a tentacle will force all microbes launched into the target at high speed.
Use this for fast attacks and takeovers to gain the advantage!
