Today (and for a couple weeks now) I haven't been doing much.

No solid work as such; just alot of screwing around with other programs, or experimenting with Flash.

Today was a good day though, because I was able to create something quite beautiful.

Check it out (Use arrow keys or click and drag. D key = explode).

I have been working with AS3 recently (as opposed to my preference AS2), and in particular, a sub-program (or a 'class' to AS3/programming experts) called Box2D.

Box2D is physics engine, originally written in C++, but some nice guy decided to convert it into AS3.

This was a couple or more years ago, and, as you might have noticed, there was a boom of physics games on the internet in '08 and '09... This is the reason.

Any way, I've been arsing around with this for a couple weeks now, and I'm getting the hang of it finally.

It's quite a tricky thing to master, but I think I might be onto something here.

I am surprised by my efforts today to see how similar it is to perhaps my favourite freeware game ever, Ragdoll Masters.

Me and Dave played 2 player co-op on that game loads, and it's because it's an amazing game, and i highly recommend anyone to try it out (Click Here).

What do you think?

I've wasted over an hour playing around with my zero gravity stick guy, so I think you should like it too.

By the way, please leave a comment; this website often feels pretty lonely & damp when I'm shouting down this hole.
